I Can't Think Straight

A sweet, simple coming out tale told with a slight twist from up and coming out, lesbian director, Shamin Sharif.  The twist as a queer female work friend pointed out is the refreshing use of two women of color in the lead roles.  There’s nothing new to the story.  The audio is slightly awkward on the DVD, but the story is utterly charming and full of promise for the filmmaker and the actors.  A solid 4 at Netflix.
